1. Service Description

CreateModServers.com ("the Service") is a Minecraft server directory focused on servers that feature the Create Mod. The Service allows users to browse, submit, vote for, and report Minecraft servers. The Service is operated from Sweden.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

3. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when submitting servers or using any forms on the Service.
• You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent server listings.
• You must not abuse the voting system or attempt to manipulate server rankings.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• You must not attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Service.
• You must not submit reports in bad faith or to harass server operators.

4. Content and Submissions

By submitting a server listing to the Service, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit the listing and that the information provided is accurate.
• The server listing does not infringe on any third party's rights.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display the submitted information on the Service.

We reserve the right to remove, modify, or reject any server listing at our sole discretion, including but not limited to listings that violate these terms, contain inappropriate content, or are found to be inactive.

AI-generated images

We do not allow AI-generated images on the Service, and we are actively working to remove the ones already here. Banners, icons and screenshots must be real images of your server, your own logo, or artwork you or your community made.

The point of this directory is to show players what a server actually looks like. A generated banner shows them something that does not exist, so we treat it as misleading rather than decorative.

If we find AI-generated imagery on a listing we will reject the listing and email the owner, who is welcome to resubmit with genuine images. Repeated submissions after a rejection may cost you the listing.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, layout, and original content, is owned by CreateModServers.com. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. The Create Mod is developed by its respective creators. We are not affiliated with Mojang Studios or the Create Mod development team.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• We are not responsible for the content, safety, or legality of any Minecraft server listed on the Service.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• We do not endorse or verify any server listed on the Service. Users connect to listed servers at their own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the information on listed servers is accurate, complete, or current.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We may also discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
